I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Starting with the staff who were friendly and made me feel at home. The location is perfect as it's right on the slope, making it convenient for skiing. the hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of my room was excellent. I also appreciated the hotel's transportation service and the fact that they had parking available.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel's location is perfect, right on the slope and easy to access. the room was clean and pleasant, with a nice view of the surroundings. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience more enjoyable. some small details in the room did not work as expected, and the breakfast was average.
The payment process was difficult and unorganized, taking away from the overall experience.

The hotel had a really great location and the staff were super friendly! The room was really clean and nice.
There were a few issues during my stay that made it less enjoyable. when I arrived at the hotel my room wasn't ready until quite late, which was a bit frustrating.

Friendly Staff and Great Location During my recent stay, I appreciated the kind and accommodating staff. They were always available to help and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal. I was able to easily access all of the nearby attractions and get around the city with ease. Another thing I enjoyed most about my stay was the beautiful view from my window. It was truly breathtaking and added to the overall experience.
Rooms and Amenities Need Improvement there were some negative aspects that detracted from my overall experience. I encountered problems with the rooms and amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of this hotel is perfect - right on the slope! It was so convenient to be able to ski right from the hotel. Additionally, the room was clean and nice, providing the perfect amount of comfort and quality.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
